First up... Fuzzy Bunny's Sex Ed tape from The Simpsons:
My favorite part of that clip was that Fuzzy Bunny was apparently Jewish.
Let's do a few video clips... here's LEN - Steal My Sunshine, a hit off the Go! soundtrack (circa 1998):
Len was a brother-sister duo from Toronto, Canada. Yeah, they were brother-sister... weird, right? Sort of a like a Canadian pop/hip-hop infused White Stripes. This video makes it look like everyone in Canada is having so much fun. I didn't even know they had beaches in Canada. DJM, where are they at? They must be cold ass beaches - you won't find any Hispanics on those beaches. We don't do polar bear-ing.
Somebody needs to explore the back catalog of Andrea True Connection. Though "More More More" was their only big hit, they had some good disco tracks that would make a good sample. "What's Your Name, What's Your Number?" comes to mind. I think one of Andrea True Connection's song may have been used for a sample in this Scissor Sister song right here ("I Don't Feel Like Dancing"):
That's one a hell of a, um, falsetto. To all the gay men who have stumbled onto this site via this video: Welcome. We are LGBT-friendly here at SML. No Tim Hardaway-ing here.
I also am surprised that video was #2 on whatever countdown that YouTube clip was taken from, just ahead of... Robbie Williams (#3), Outkast (#4), Nelly Furtado (#5), Beyonce (#7), Evanescence (#8), and the Basement Jaxx (#9). That's an odd countdown. Can you tell that I haven't figured out a way to end this post? I'll just go with the Big Daddy Kane then:
I'll just break him and bake him and rake him
and take him and mold him and make him
Hold up the peace sign...
Assalam Walaikum!
