Found this You Tube via Basketbawful... it's an incredibly funny and accurate breakdown of those guys you find playing pickup basketball, minus a couple of my favorites:  the old white guy with the incredible jumper at the Y, the "overcompensates for being a scrub by playing too much defense", and the smelly dude who no one wants to guard.  Also, the "overcompensates... too much defense" guy almost always doubles as the "sets too many damn picks" guy.  Seriously, you will enjoy this video (with some great one-liners):

That was really funny, especially the little kid.

I think ESPN did something recently, a column, on the same topic with about 20 people. It was really funny and good.

that video was money, but they also forgot That Guy who is just better than everyone...is at the court practicing, the game needs one more person so you ask him, even though hes 100 times better than anyone playing. lol

Yeah Prez, you must mean the guy each team fights to get on their team. They'll take down one of their own so this guy can play for them. LOL
