Yes, I know, this is a sports blog.  Well, like MJD pointed out today, it's the slowest stretch of the sports year... the NBA draft is coming up soon, there's baseball, and maybe some other stuff, but until football season kicks off in September (and the MLB playoffs get going), it's slooooow season for sports bloggers.  Hell, even soccer is done.

So, with that in mind I'm gonna be pulling out some other sh*t to keep ya'll interested from here until August.  Here are some pics I snapped at a festival or parade or something that took place on Saturday in Harlem.  I lived in East Harlem (El Barrio) for three years, and still spend a lot of time up there hanging out with friends (I was at an urban cookout on Friday).

Mr. Crack? I was looking for Mr. Crank

The Mr. Crack truck.  My favorite line: "You smoke crack you will be homeless."  There's a great image of the two guys smoking crack, in chains.

Stop.  Drop.  Shut 'em down, open up shop:

En El Barrio: D-M-Equis y Los Ruff Ryders

Oh, no.  That's how Ruff Ryders float.  Here's a closer view:

Ruff Ryders of the Abnorm.

And you know what's coming up after the Ruff Ryders float, right?...

I haven't seen this many Ninjas since the Edo Period in Japan.

You want to see something cute?  Check this out:

The Littlest Ninja

Yeah, that kid in the back was too cute.  Here's another photo of him (peep the training wheels, ya'll):

Ruff Ryding with my training wheels...

Stop actin' like a baby.  Mind your business lady!
