First off, let's review the dunk of the year:

Next, other happens around the Internets... Empty The Bench has a great review of the 2006 NBA Draft now that the season is almost over.  So, Adam Morrison went third, huh?

Awful Announcing has a great post on Tim Duncan's strange ejection from yesterday's game right here.  It is a three minute clip that highlights the absurdity of Joey Crawford's calls, including the call that AA correctly describes as "Oberto gets called for another crappy foul while defending himself against what can only be described as a Josh Howard Ninja Attack".  Lights out!

It's been a year of bad referees, no?  You know, we might give Bill Simmons crap about when he doesn't use his powers for good, so let's give him credit for one thing he does right.  He is often critical of some NBA refs, and he'll cite examples and reasons why that ref is bad.  For example, it was his complaining that tip us off to Violetta Palmer being a bad official; now we have taken notice when she's reffing a game we are watching, and he is absolutely correct.  She is a terrible referee.

Other example besides Joey Crawford of bad reffing this year can be found in the Georgetown-NC game (D-Wil was all over that one), and the OJ Mayo "incident".

We got Son of Dippin' holding a funeral for the Knicks' season.  Damn, that kid keeps beating us to all our ideas for skits, yo.  He's taken our power.  And making them filthy.  Barnesgasm is Venom to SML's Spider-Man.

Jordi over at The Serious Tip has a great post in honor of Jackie Robinson Day yesterday, on the Walker brothers, black baseball players and pioneers.

Speaking of pizza and baseball, here is some footage of a "fan" at a Red Sox game (where else) throwing a slice of pizza at Garrett Anderson (and missing):

Update: Deadspin is all over this, right here. ; Apparently the pizza was, in fact, aimed at the guy it hit.  For missing catching the foul ball.  Anyway, it's basically Boston fans being Boston fans....

We have the Hype Guy over here with the perfect T-Shirt for the your friends who are Celtics and Bucks fans.

Jack Cobra has a post on the early season struggles of the Cubs.  While we advocate patience (see our comments on Tremendous Upside Potential's similar post about the Cubs early season struggles), we also made a point to avoid Alfonso Soriano in all of Fantasy Leagues.  We figured he might not do as well, without the motivation of the big free agent contract on the horizon.  Not surprising, a tweaked hamstring will keep him off the field for "5 days", according to Soriano himself!  I love that he takes himself out of the game with a cramp, then predicts that he's gonna sit out the next five games... sorry Cubs fans, but that $136 million is not looking like a good investment.

Also, note that the BlogsbyFans network we have added two new additions: Tremendous Upside Potential (currently located here, reporting on Chicago sports) and Lefty Malo (the top SF Giants blogger out there).  Check them out.

And finally, one more video.  This one is long (about 5 minutes of action) of some amazing parkour moves:
