For our first collab together, I let Canadian DJM pick the topic. His choice? “Why Doesn’t Hockey Work In The U.S.?”
First off, it’s worth noting that, though possessing both a sense of humor and a wardrobe akin to a Canadian, Mr. DJM is, in fact, an American (born and raised in the Jungle, baby… he’ll bring you to your shun,n,n,n,n,n,n,n,n, nknees, knees, to watch you bleed).
So my first question is, why hockey? What do you know about the game of hoc-key? Without looking it up, can you positively answer “Does California have a NHL franchise, and where”?
Then tell me why hockey works in Canada, but not in the U.S.?
Bonus esoteric requests: Please response in all-purple, and use at least two musical quotes….
