The Back Page Battle is a running tab of The NY Daily News vs. The NY Post backpages, and the cleverness of their headlines.
Both papers featured headlines on the Knicks, and specifically Jamal Crawford's amazing game last night at the Garden. Today's Daily News went with "52 Pickup"; the Post went with "Holy Shoot". I have to give today's battle to the Post, as "Holy Shoot" is just more eye catching. Oddly enough, the Post's website seems to like the Daily News headline better, biting it and going with the lead "Crawford Plays Game of 52 Pickup"....
